1-In 47/50 states only 1 person in the conversation needs to know it is being recorded for it to be legal. The area where I live it is legal as well as the area where the vent server was hosted so take your pick which one takes precendence.
2-I am the one she was talking to and I knew I was recording it.
3-Once I make a recording that I was a party to public it is open for everyone unless I want to claim copyright to it.
4-Most importantly...YOU ARE A MORON.

Michigan requires consent of all parties. Which is where it was being recorded. There are criminal penalties for both states, the statute allow for civil suits for both states, and additional penalties for disclosing or publishing information (starr and pandora) for both.

Alright. This turned out to be funny at first, but when one cyber-promiscuous sleaze-turned-woman (or at least..somewhat) starts lavishing herself with false attention and moronic self-gratification, it gets kind of annoying.

A piece of girl-to-girl advice, Stormy, admit all you want that you have built an internal brothel within every inch of your guts, but regardless of how scandalous that is, keeping yourself mum about it will at least give you a slight drizzle of dignity.
